SAND 2020 Challenge Update

After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the competition indefinitely. COVID-19 has created a large amount of economic uncertainty, particularly for small businesses. By postponing the competition, our Program Team will be better able to engage with the UAS industry in the future and allow time and consideration for personnel safety. We know that this is disappointing, but we hope that you understand in these unprecedented times, we are unsure at the moment when the competition may return. In the present circumstances, based on feedback from industry and interested applicants, we feel this is the best path forward. We will certainly keep you updated about our progress and the re-announcement of the event.
